💗 Order Processing

• Orders are normally processed within 1, 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  
• Orders received over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  
• If a product is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
  

💗 Shipping within New Zealand

• We ship to all addresses within New Zealand.
  
• Shipping is free for all NZ orders.
  
• Rural delivery may take longer, and courier timeframes can vary by location.

• Once dispatched, delivery within NZ typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
